Located on a cool tree-lined residential street in a two-story house, we’re in a strategic but quiet location in front of the VIVA Envigado shopping mall, with a variety of shops and restaurants nearby: just a few steps from everything a digital nomad would need!
The neighborhood has its own green park full of squirrels and birds and is adjacent to Envigado’s main park, Debora Arango park and library, Casa museum and Cafe Otraparte, “Calle de la Buena Mesa” (a street with about 20 restaurants), gyms and much more.
A plus, has its own watchman who keep an eye on all night long.

Our strategic location gives us easy access to all kinds of public transport.
We’re just two blocks from Las Vegas Ave and El Poblado Ave in each direction. From these two streets, you will have access to many bus routes that can connect you to any corner of our city. Additionally, we are only a 15-minute walk from the Envigado station of the Medellin metro system.
